Ky brings extensive experience in federal grants management, portfolio oversight, and stakeholder engagement from his work with the U.S. Department of Energy, where he supported large-scale funding programs, early-stage R&D initiatives, and community-centered economic development efforts. His background spans the full grant lifecycle, from program design and merit review to active project management and reporting. Ky is particularly excited to collaborate with Missouri’s entrepreneurial support organizations, with a focus on strengthening rural innovation ecosystems and expanding access to resources for disadvantaged and underrepresented groups and communities.
