With five years of experience in financial services and a deep passion for early-stage investing, she brings a wealth of knowledge in sourcing deals, evaluating investment opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. Aishwarya is particularly excited about collaborating with Missouri’s entrepreneurial ecosystem to support the growth and success of innovative companies. Her ability to uncover meaningful stories through data and her enthusiasm for exploring the full investment cycle – from due diligence to post-investment activities – make her a vital addition to the team. Outside of work, Aishwarya enjoys discovering coffee shops, gaming, and diving into crime and thriller novels. We are thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the impact she will have on MTC and our stakeholders!
