MTC Awards Funding for Pilot Round of Investor Education Grant Program Proposals

A total of $625,000 in funding has been approved by the MTC Board of Directors for the pilot round of the Investor Education Grant Program

The Investor Education Program aims to increase the number of active early-stage investors in the state by providing grant-based financial support for angel investor-specific education and training programs. Through these resources, MTC seeks to make the asset class more accessible and approachable for new early-stage risk capital investors. This initiative will empower a broader range of individuals to participate in early-stage investing, thereby increasing the amount of risk capital available for venture investment across the state.
