New Chair Appointed to Missouri Technology Corporation Board

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Nov. 26, 2025) — Following the announcement earlier this week from Governor Mike Kehoe, Allen Dillingham has been appointed as the new Chair of the Missouri Technology Corporation (MTC). Allen has served on the MTC Board since 2022 and has held several committee and leadership roles within the organization. Mr. Dillingham brings deep expertise in government relations and community leadership to his new role as Chair. He is currently the Director of Government Relations for The Builders, a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, serves as Vice Chair for the St. Luke’s Health System–Northland Hospital Board, and is a member of the St. Luke’s Foundation Board of Trustees.
